But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile
Good comes first to the jew wow!
Who is a jew?
Romans 2:28-29
For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither [is that] circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: But he [is] a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision [is that] of the heart, in the spirit, [and] not in the letter; whose praise [is] not of men, but of God.(KJV)
So a jew is someone who inwardly his heart has been circumcised. Just like the prophet said
Joel 2:13
And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the LORD your God.
A jew is someone whose heart is right with God. why?
Romans 10:10
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness
So right standing with God starts by the circumcision of the heart.
When you got born again, there was a circumcision that occurred
Ezekiel 11:19
And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh:(KJV)
Ezekiel 36:26
A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.(KJV)
The prophecy of prohet Ezekiel that one day God will do an inward heart transplant was fulfilled the day you gave your life to Christ. You are now a Jew, because the foreskin of your heart has been cut off. Now you have a heart of flesh.
A heart that is teachable and instructable in the things of God and in the ways of the spirit.
By being born again, you became a new creature with a brand new heart. This “Heart Transplant” makes you a jew, because your heart has been circumcised.
Rom 2:29
But he [is] a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart.
So YOU ARE A JEW!
Now let’s go back to our opening scriptures and re examine the blessing on us , Jews.
Romans 2:10
But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile:(KJV)
GLORY, HONOUR AND PEACE.
The bible says, this blessings (Glory, Honour and Peace) would come on every man as long as the man does good, BUT look at the next phrase “ to the Jew FIRST”. In other words, the first person or persons to partake of any blessing or good thing coming is THE JEW.
So in this earth, the born again child of God, has the right of the first born. The blessings that comes to the world are only left overs from us. We are the dispensers of God’s Glory, Honour and Peace. It comes to the world only after it had come to us, Jews.
So even if the world does the same good that you do or did, the blessing FIRST, comes to you, because you’re born again. You have the right of the first born. You get BLESSED FIRST before anyone else.

I want us to examine something
Romans 2:10
But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile:(KJV)
What is good? Because the bible says, “glory, honour and peace comes to the man that worketh good”. So what is good?
Matthew 19:17, Luke 18:19, Mark 10:18
And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? [there is] none good but one, [that is], God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.(KJV)
Luke 18:19
And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? none isgood, save one, that is, God.(KJV)
Mark 10:18
And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? [there is] none good but one, [that is], God.(KJV)
So God is good. He does good but HE IS GOOD. And God is his word.
John 1:1
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
So the word of God is good!
So we can say “glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh God’s word” . To anyone who does the word of God, the bible says glory, honour and peace would come on that person, whether born again or not. Because Jesus said
Matthew 5:44-45
But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.(NIV)
So if an unbeliever does the word of God, will he be blessed, the answer is YES.
But whatever blessing will come on that unbeliever for doing the work of God is only a shadow of what you should or already have. Because you are a Jew, the blessing comes to you FIRST.
If you work in an organization and you’re putting in your best and your colleagues too are also putting in their best. The bible says that “GLORY , HONOUR AND PEACE” must of necessity come to you FIRST before getting to that unbeliever, why? Because you are a Jew.
As a first born, the blessings comes to you first. After you have been blessed, others (unbelievers) start taking their portions in the blessing. This is even how it is done “culturally”- the children are blessed based on their position. But the Jew, the born again child of God has been given the right of the first born.
If anything good is coming to this organization, it comes to me first, Because i am a Jew!
If something of GLORY, something HONOURABLE and something that has “PEACE MIXED WITH PROSPERITY KNOWING ALL NEEDS AND NECCESSITIES ARE SETTLED” is going to get to the this world. It must come to me first, because I AM A JEW!
So all the great ideas and inventions, that it seem are being controlled by unbelievers were things that were owned by Christians, but just like Esau, they sold their right of the first born, so whatever good you see in the world today; no matter how good or skillful that unbeliever is, the GLORY, HONOUR and PEACE in that enterprise belongs to YOU!
